Hot-dipped galvanized treatment :
1. Uniformity of galvanized coating: the steel tube sample shall not turn red (copper-plated color) after being continuously impregnated in copper sulfate solution for 5 times.
2, surface quality: the surface of galvanized steel pipe should be a complete galvanized layer, there should be no unplated black spots and bubbles, there is not much rough surface and local zinc tumor is allowed to exist.
3, galvanized layer weight: according to the requirements of the buyer, galvanized steel pipe can be made of zinc layer weight determination, the average value should not be less than 500g/ m2, any sample should not be less than 480g/ m2.
